Бізнесмен Ігор Коломойський вважає, що в Україні якщо і з’явиться якийсь новий кандидат у президенти, то це може бути хтось із журналістів, наприклад, ведуча Наталія Мосейчук. Про це він заявив в інтерв'ю "Українській правді"

Пряма мова Коломойського на запитання, чи він вірить, що з'явиться якийсь новий кандидат у президенти: "Не вірю. Не бачу поки що. Я думаю, може, серед вас журналістів... Мосейчук (ведуча ток-шоу "Право на владу" на 1+1 – УП) може піти".

При цьому Коломойський зазначив, що ніколи з нею про це не говорив, а відповідаючи на запитання, просто прикинув, хто "має стовідсоткову впізнаваність".

Він також заявив, що не знає, чи підтримував би її, якби балотувалась, але додав, що "це хороший був би батл" з точки зору боротьби кандидатів.

Серед інших відомих осіб Коломойський назвав ведучого Савіка Шустера та Дмитра Гордона, але відразу ж заявив, що "Шустер точно не піде". А, говорячи про Гордона, зазначив, що "два євреї поспіль... потрібна пауза".

3 лютого, під час ефіру ток-шоу "Право на владу",  спілкуючись з Ксенією Собчак Наталя Мосейчук заявили: "Ви вже балотувалися на посаду Президента Росії. Я ще ні. Але все може бути у нашій країні"
