Доля бизнесмена Игоря Коломойского в ООО Телерадиокомпания Студия 1+1 по состоянию на 31 декабря 2016 года составила 57,534%, что на 4,691% больше, чем по состоянию на 31 декабря 2015 года, передает Интерфакс-Украина.

Как сообщается в структуре собственности, доля Игоря Суркиса также выросла с 17,157% по состоянию на 31 декабря 2015 года, до 24,623% по состоянию на 31 декабря 2016 года.

Коломойский и Суркис владеют своими долями в 1+1 опосредовано, через оффшорные компании. В совокупности они владеют 82,157% акций, остальными 17,843% также через оффшорные компании владеют 6 физлиц, зарегистрированных на Кипре.

Ведомости о структуре собственников были заверены генеральным директором 1+1 Медиа Александром Ткаченко 29 марта.
