Про це Кличко написав у соціальних мережах.

"Я ініціював консультації з головами депутатських фракцій та груп щодо дострокового припинення повноважень Київради VIII скликання. Сьогодні Київрада не зібрала кворуму. В залі зареєструвалися 46 обранців. Чому не було кворуму? Бо «працюють» з багатьма депутатами. Бо підривають і дестабілізують роботу київської влади", - написав Кличко.
