Местные выборы, которые намечены на конец октября, будут отмечаться массовым подкупом избирателей. Такое мнение на круглом столе в Институте Горшенина выразил Алексей Кошель, политолог и директор Комитета избирателей Украины,сообщает LB.ua

"В любом случае эти выборы будут соревнованием сетей по работе с целевыми группами избирателей. Практика прошлых лет показала, что проще купить голоса избирателей, чем провести полноценную избирательную кампанию. То есть берем бюджет любого кандидата или политической силы, делим на количество голосов, которые они получили, и понимаем: [потратить на покупку голосов] несколько сотен гривен - это намного проще" - сказал Кошель.

"Эти сети будут заниматься прямым подкупом избирателей, материальным стимулированием, другими видами работы - поздравлениями, организацией различных клубов для пенсионеров, малообеспеченных. Эти структуры будут играть очень значительную роль", - сказал он.

Директор КИУ считает, что подкуп не будет настолько наглым, как в 2010 году, но он сохранится.

Напомним, с конца 2014 года подкуп избирателей стал уголовным преступлением. Предложение или обещание избирателю неправомерной выгоды за осуществление или неосуществление каких-либо действий, связанных с реализацией избирательного права или права участвовать в референдуме, карается ограничением или лишением свободы на срок до 3 лет.
