Китайські вчені використали квантовий комп'ютер і зробили першу у світі ефективну атаку на шифрування банківського та військового рівня.
Було застосовано принцип «квантового відпалу»: з його допомогою атакували алгоритми AES-256 — найкращий метод шифрування на сьогоднішній день, який використовується у військових та фінансових сферах.
У технології ще є недоліки, але найближчими роками квантові комп'ютери зможуть стати загрозою будь-якій криптовалюті.
