За інформацією журналістів, такі дані містяться у закритій доповіді МЗС Німеччини за підсумками недавніх консультацій у Брюсселі щодо розширення санкційного режиму проти росії.

Згідно з доповіддю, ЄС домігся "деяких успіхів" в обмеженні експорту в росію підсанкційних товарів через треті країни, особливо Вірменію, Сербію, Узбекистан та Індію. 

Однак, як і раніше, існують складнощі з Казахстаном, ОАЕ і Туреччиною.

Кращу оцінку отримали санкції проти "тіньового флоту" рф. Глава санкційного комітету ЄС Девід О'Салліван запропонував розширити обмеження на порти в Туреччині, Індії та Малайзії, які найчастіше використовують такі судна.

У документі також наголошується, що ЄС більше не розраховує на підтримку США в боротьбі з обходом санкцій проти росії, оскільки переговори щодо цього провалилися.

А співпраця країн G7 щодо нових обмежень "втратила динаміку".
