Окружний адміністративний суд Івано-Франківська визнав рішення ОВК №87 про перерахунок голосів на двох дільницях незаконним

Про це кандидат від партії"За Майбутнє" Олександр Шевченко заявив у Facebook.

"Суд визнав рішення про перерахунок бюлетенів ДВК 260028 (с. Монастирчан) незаконним. Окружна виборча комісія не мала права брати на перерахунок цю дільницю без відповідних на це підстав", - написав він.

Пізніше кандидат повідомив, що суд ухвалив рішення про незаконність перерахунку голосів на дільниці - №260012 (с. Горохолин Ліс).

"Окружна виборча комісія не мала права відправляти на перерахунок цю дільницю, тільки з причини відсутності на пакеті з виборчою документацією назви виду виборів", - зазначив Шевченко.

На 5 квітня заплановано слухання ще 2 справ.
