3 грудня телеканал «Україна» повідомив, що лідеру «Радикальної партії» Олегу Ляшку подарували корову. Хоч це і виглядало піаром (особливо альтруїстичні заклики депутата), сюжет мав хоч якийсь інформаційний привід: все-таки день народження в одного з лідерів парламентських фракцій. Сюжет (26:45) 14 січня не може похизуватися навіть цим, адже головна новина матеріалу (заради якого знімальна група їздила у Чернігів) - корова народила теля, пише Media Sapiens
 

«В хозяйстве переселенцев Бобровых пополнение, отелилась корова Смеричка, которую лидер Радикальной партии Олег Ляшко подарил многодетной семье», - саме так починається підводка ведучої «Событий», наче всі глядачі знають, що це за сімейство й наче народження у них теляти - справжня подія. Нам повідомляють ім’я «новонародженного» і ще раз нагадують про благодійність нардепа: «Корову политик передал семье Бобровых месяц назад и Смеричка уже стала главной кормилицей семейства, в котором воспитываются семеро детей. Год назад они переехали в Черниговскую область из неподконтрольного Украине Красного Луча».

Далі - коментар вдячної сім’ї: «Молочко, канєшно, потрібно. Велика у нас сім’я. Є ще у нас годовалий синочок. Молоко купляли у людей, то важко. А теперь своє. Так получилось і бистренько і з молоком, і с тельонком».

Про те, що цей сюжет переходить усі межі журналістської гідності і те, що самому Олегу Ляшку має бути за нього соромно, говорити зайве. Реально ж цікавить інше. «Вікіпедія» стверджує, що період вагітності у корів триває дев’ять місяців. Це означає, що однопартійці або подарували своєму лідеру уже вісім місяців як вагітну корову, або в цій історії щось нечисто.
