Хозяйственный суд Киева обязал телеканал «Студия 1+1» (входит в состав «1+1 media» Игоря Коломойского) прекратить производство и трансляцию телепрограммы «Инспектор Фреймут», ведущей которой является известная Ольга Фреймут. Решение суда датировано 21 января,пишет «Капитал».

Помимо этого, согласно судебному решению, «Студия 1+1» и «1+1 продакшн» в общей сложности должны выплатить телеканалу «Новый канал» (входит в StarLightMedia Виктора Пинчука) компенсацию в размере 1,2 млн грн за нарушение авторских прав на литературное произведение — «Типичный сценарий телевизионной передачи «Ревизор».

Напомним, поводом для иска «Нового канала» стало появление телепрограммы «Инспектор Фреймут» на «1+1». В эфире вещателя она стартовала с 3 сентября прошлого года. Всего было выпущено 17 эпизодов программы. По мнению представителей «Нового канала», сценарий, по которому снята телепередача, полностью соответствует сценарию их программы «Ревизор», которую также вела Фреймут.

Юридический представитель «1+1 media», компания не согласна с решением суда первой инстанции и уже подала апелляцию.
