Канал 1+1, котрий належить Ігорю Коломойському,  відцензурував привітання Президента України Петра Порошенка.

В ефір пішло лише саме звернення. На інших каналах перед новорічним зверненням в короткому ролику було продемонстровано найважливіші моменти 2015 року.

Телеканал 1+1 вирізав кадри з новорічного відеозвернення президента України Петра Порошенка, де згадується власник каналу, олігарх Ігор Коломойський. Про це написав журналіст Віктор Уколов у своєму блозі на Українській правді.

"Безпрецедентний випадок цензури – олігархічний телеканал обрізав привітання Президента. Не влада цензурувала ЗМІ, а навпаки, на догоду власнику, телеканал спробував цензурувати владу", - написав він.

Уколов уточнив, що на початку президентського привітання йшов ролик-спогад за 2015 рік. Серед інших подій було 2 кадри біля Укртранснафти з Ігорем Коломойським загальною тривалістю близько 2,5 сек.

Також в ефір 1+1 не попав фрагмент, де родина Порошенків прикрашає ялинку на Софіївській площі 

Президент України Петро Порошенко закликав вшанувати українських вояків "за те, що сьогоднішнє свято стало можливим". Про це він заявив у своєму новорічному зверненні до українського народу.

"За те, що сьогоднішнє свято стало можливим, уклонимся насамперед славним українським воїнам. Тим, хто зараз не за теплим святковим столом, а в холодному зимовому окопі. Хто не з келихом в руці, а з автоматом напоготові. Героям - слава!", -  сказав Президент.
