Комітет Верховної ради з питань свободи слова розглянув питання щодо газети "Вєсті", яке ініціював головний редактор видання Ігор Гужва.

Як повідомила голова комітету Вікторія Сюмар, сам Гужва на засідання не прийшов,зате прийшли представники прокуратури та державної фіскальної служби

"Навіть зі слідчими, які чекали на Гужву тут же, оскільки йому висунуто підозру про вчинення злочину за статтею 212, ч12 КК України (ухилення від сплати податків в особливо великих розмірах)", - написала депутат на своєму Facebook.

Сюмар додала, що правоохоронці повідомили, що Гужва зараз за кордоном і технічно не змогли йому оголосити про підозру.

"Гужва знайшов можливість відповісти на дзвінок Юрія Павленка прямо під час засідання комітету. Сподіваюсь зможе знайти можливість дати відповідь правоохоронних органам про джерела фінансування газети та сплату податків", - зазначила вона.

У той же час сам Гужва заявляє, що кримінальна справа побудована на сфальсифікованій базі.
