Народный депутат Эдуард Гурвиц обжалует незаконное, по его убеждению, решение Одесской городской территориальной избирательной комиссии, признавшей победителем на внеочередных выборах городского головы его конкурента Геннадия Труханова.
Так одесский политик прокомментировал решение горизбиркома и сессии горсовета, на которой Труханов был приведен к присяге, передает Цензор.НЕТ со ссылкой на Укринформ.
"Вся необходимая работа по обжалованию сфальсифицированных результатов выборов мэра проводится. Ни у кого не должно быть ни тени сомнения - в этом вопросе я буду максимально настойчивым и последовательным", - цитирует народного депутата его пресс-служба.
Напомним, избирательный штаб кандидата в городского голову Одессы Эдуарда Гурвица* заявил, что 25 и 26 мая наблюдатели на выборах составили около тысячи актов о выявленных нарушениях избирательного законодательства, в том числе существенных. В частности, о масштабе фальсификаций можно судить по обнаруженным в Суворовском районе четырем сумкам с поддельными бюллетенями. "Пересчет содержимого показал, что в сумках находилось 13 тысяч 545 бюллетеней, в которых была проставлена галочка напротив фамилии (кандидата) Геннадия Труханова, и 3324 чистых бюллетеня", - отмечается в документе.
