Грузинский журналист, профессор Государственного университета Илии (Грузия), основатель и директор московского Центра экстремальной журналистики (2000-2010) Олег Панфилов считает, что Украине стоит запретить российский медиапродукт. Об этом он сказал во время пресс-конференции в «Главкоме», комментируя появление на сайте Президента Украины петиции с требованием запретить российскую продукцию в украинском эфире.

«Я отношусь к российской продукции точно так же, как к протухшей колбасе. Когда мы говорим о российской пропаганде, мы должны понимать, что к журналистике она не имеет никакого отношения. Журналистика предполагает дискуссии, разные мнения, поэтому российскую пропаганду нужно запрещать точно так же, как нужно запрещать плохие лекарства, точно так же, как нужно запрещать плохие, испорченные продукты», - сказал Панфилов.

Он отметил, что пропаганда не только в медиа. «Если вы вспомните, после войны в Грузии было снято россиянами сразу два фильма. Это кинопропаганда, чтобы показать, что якобы Грузия напала на Россию, которая меньше России в 44 раза», - сказал грузинский эксперт.

На вопрос, вся ли российская продукция является пропагандой, Панфилов сказал: «Ведь речь не идет о всей продукции, насколько я знаю, есть выборочный список тех же сериалов, а не поголовно. Эксперты посмотрели и решили, что смотреть сериал «Менты» - это нехорошо, это вредно. Плохие продукты нельзя есть».
