Google в своем Twitter описывает Allo как «умный мессенджер», общаться с помощью которого смогут как пользователи платформы Android, так и IOS.

Приложение будет доступно летом 2016 года, обещает Google. Оно будет отвечать требованиям безопасности. В него будет встроен помощник, пользователям также будут доступны стикеры.

Через звонки в Duo пользователи получат возможность отправлять «превью — видеозапись» разговора, то есть отвечающий на вызов абонент сможет наблюдать за звонящим ему до того, как поднимет трубку.
