Офіційно зміни назв населених пунктів, які затвердив парламент, набрали чинності 18 лютого. На мапах Google змінені назви населених пунктів, які були перейменовані в рамках декомунізації. Читайте також: Кривий Ріг не впорався з декомунізацією - ОДА Так, замість міста Іллічівськ тепер є Чорноморськ, Красний Лиман Донецької області став Лиманом, назва Дзержинськ змінена на Торецьк, пише  ТСН

Назва "Артемівськ" на мапі ще залишилась, але програма за запитом "Бахмут" легко знаходить населений пункт на Донеччині. Аналогічна ситуація із Заводським Полтавської області, яке носило назву Червонозаводське. При цьому також внесені нові назви селищ, селищ міського типу і сіл.

Нагадаємо, офіційно зміни назв населених пунктів, які затвердив парламент, набрали чинності 18 лютого. Водночас досі не перейменовані Кіровоград, Дніпропетровськ, Комсомольськ Полтавської області.

Також у Кривому Розі процес декомунізації фактично зірвано.
