После того, как оккупанты отобрали у крымчан право выбирать мэров, жителей полуострова лишат и возможности выбора главы автономии.

Депутаты нелегитимного Госсовета Крыма сегодня приняли в первом чтении законопроект «О порядке избрания главы Республики Крым», передает "Униан".

В статье 1 документа сказано, что глава автономии должен избираться депутатами Государственного совета из числа трех кандидатов, представленных президентом Российской Федерации.

Представление президента РФ о кандидатах , согласно законопроекту, должно быть рассмотрено крымским «парламентом» в течение 5 дней со дня его внесения.

Процедура избрания будет очень демократичной — кандидатам Путина даже предоставят право выступить перед «парламентом» с программой деятельности, а депутаты получат право задавать им вопросы.

Избрание ставленника Путина, как указано в проекте, будет проводиться открытым голосованием. В случае, если ни один кандидат не набрал необходимого числа голосов, предусмотрено повторное голосование по двум кандидатам, получившим наибольшую поддержку «парламентариев».

По итогам повторного голосования избранным, в соответствии с документом, должен будет считаться кандидат, получивший при голосовании большее число голосов.
