Инвестор онлайн-издания "Русская планета" уволил главного редактора ресурса Павла Пряникова.

В сообщении уточняется, что большинство сотрудников "Русской планеты" намерены покинуть редакцию вслед за Пряниковым. Причины увольнения главного редактора сотрудникам озвучены не были,сообщает Обозреватель

На прошлой неделе Пряников подтвердил корреспонденту Slon появившуюся в СМИ информацию о его запланированном увольнении. При этом он отметил, что никаких документов тогда не подписывал и формально остается главным редактором. Причины недовольства инвесторов Пряников раскрывать не стал.

Однако, источники РБК в "Русской планете" говорят о политических разногласиях между редакцией и владельцами СМИ, к которым относят строительную компанию "Мортон": по мнению инвесторов, "Русская планета" занимает излишне либеральную позицию при освещении конфликта в Украине и других тем

Слухи об увольнении Пряникова появились еще в сентябре этого года. Сообщалось, что должность главного редактора может занять директор пиар-агентства "Медиа-шторм" Александр Исаев, а сам Пряников перейдет на должность шеф-редактора. Бывший заместитель главреда "Русской планеты" Сергей Смирнов в интервью онлайн-изданию Meduza подтвердил, что такой вариант рассматривался, но потом инвестор отказался от этого шага и извинился перед Пряниковым.

В марте 2014 года из "Русской планеты", сославшись на несогласие с редакционной политикой, уволились корреспонденты Павел Никулин, Мария Климова, Егор Сковорода, Юлиана Лизер, а также редактор Дмитрий Ткачев. Никулин уточнил, что уволился "из-за цензуры", а Сковорода объяснил свое увольнение недовольством инвесторов по поводу материала "Крым расставил все по местам".

Павел Пряников возглавлял "Русскую планету" с момента запуска ресурса весной 2013 года. Инвестором издания является группа компаний "Мортон", специализирующаяся на строительстве жилых микрорайонов в Москве и ближайшем Подмосковье.

Ранее он работал первым заместителем главного редактора BFM.ru, главным редактором "Свободной прессы", а также возглавлял сайт РИА "Новости".
