Из-за использования технологии регистрации кандидатов с одинаковыми фамилиями - так называемых клонов, некоторые кандидаты в народные депутаты Украины могут потерять на внеочередных выборах Верховной Рады Украины до 1% голосов. Об этом сегодня на брифинге заявил председатель Центральной избирательной комиссии (ЦИК) Михаил Охендовский, передает  РБК-Украина.

"С помощью этой технологии у некоторых кандидатов действительно возникают проблемы с тем, что где-то до 1% голосов они могут потерять в избирательном округе", - отметил Охендовский.

Он считает, что использование клонов является "пещерной технологии".

"Использование так называемых клонов на выборах является пещерной технологии, которая дискредитирует саму идею проведения свободных честных выборов в демократическом государстве, не только в Украине. Основным средством борьбы с этой технологией является уровень зрелости гражданского общества и возможность восприятия или невосприятия такой технологии в первую очередь избирателями. Совершенно понятно, кто против каких кандидатов регистрирует клонов. Я думаю, что избиратель у нас уже является достаточно зрелым и мудрым для того, чтобы сориентироваться и дать оценку этой технологии", - добавил Охендовский.

Он отметил, что ни ЦИК, ни государство не могут помешать регистрации двух кандидатов с одинаковыми фамилиями в одном округе, потому что это означало бы нарушение конституционных избирательных прав.

Он напомнил, что согласно закону, кандидатов в народные депутаты размещают в избирательном бюллетене в алфавитном порядке.
