Опубликованная правозащитной организацией Freedom House карта, где оккупированный Крым иным цветом отделен от материковой части Украины, показывает уровень свободы и демократии в мире, а не политическую принадлежность территорий.

Об этом сообщил координатор Freedom House в Украине Зорян Кись, передает "Крым. Реалии".

"Это не политическая карта, а карта уровня свободы и демократии. Позиция Freedom House четкая и не изменится: Крым – это Украина. Здесь не может быть никакой дискуссии...", - сказал он.

Однако правозащитник обратил внимание на то, что Крым де-факто находится в юридическом поле РФ.

"Де-факто Крым находится под контролем России, там действуют российские законы, работают так называемые силовые органы России. На этот факт не нужно закрывать глаза. Поэтому мы оценили Крым отдельно от остальной территории Украины, но и отдельно от России", - подчеркнул Кись.
