У штаті Техас прихильники Трампа на пікапах намагалися заблокувати автобус штабу Байдена. Як іформує PRпортал, про це повідомляє телеканал CNN.

“ФБР Сан-Антоніо поінформоване про інцидент і проводить розслідування”, – сказала CNN представник ФБР Мішель Лі.

Інцидент стався в Техасі в п’ятницю, коли автобус кампанії їхав з Сан-Антоніо в Остін. Представник кампанії Байдена описав дії автомобілістів як спробу сповільнити автобус і виштовхнути з проїжджої частини. Люди переслідували автобус періодично вигукували лайливі слова в бік людей в автобусі.

Переслідувачам вдалося уповільнити хід туристичного автобуса приблизно до 20 миль в годину на міжштатній автомагістралі.

Ті, хто знаходилися в автобусі були налякані тим, що сталося, хоча ніхто не постраждав.

Ні Байдена, ні його напарниці, сенатора від Каліфорнії Камалі Харріс, в автобусі не було.

Пасажири автобуса подзвонили в службу 911, в результаті чого місцеві правоохоронні органи допомогли автобусу дістатися до пункту призначення.

Сам президент США за лічені дні до виборів опублікував в Twitter відеоролик, на якому автобус штабу Байдена їде по шосе в оточенні пікапів і джипів з прапорами кампанії Трампа, і супроводив відео коротким коментарем: “Я люблю Техас!”.
