Програмісти Facebook змінили алгоритм відображення новин, зробивши лайки менш важливими.

Більший вплив на формування стрічки тепер будуть надавати реакції користувачів, а не стандартні лайки, пише The Next Web.

Компанія стверджує, що виявила, що реакції - це сигнал, що ви хочете бачити подібні пости, причому сигнал сильніший, ніж звичайний лайк, оскільки показує емоції людини. Лайк при цьому став звичайним реагуванням на пост, часто просто з ввічливості.

Як стверджує статистика Facebook, найпопулярнішим варіантом реакції на сьогодні є сердечко. Його використовують у половині випадків. А найбільше реакцій ставлять на Різдво. "Хто ж не любить Санту", - відзначили в компанії.

Також зазначається, що найближчим часом користувачі в тестовому режимі зможуть ставити лайки і дізлайки в особистих повідомленнях.
