Інтерфейс експерименту від Facebook вже порівняли з популярним сервісом знайомств Tinder. Додаток Facebook надсилає користувачеві сповіщення про те, що він міг би зустрітися з кимось зі своїх друзів. При цьому сервіс не пропонує незнайомих користувачів, формуючи пропозиції лише на основі переліку друзів користувачів.

Якщо обоє друзів клацнуть «Так», сервіс запропонує їм організувати зустріч. Якщо один з них клацне «Ні», інший про це не дізнається. Поки сервіс тестують тільки в Торонто і Новій Зеландії на обох платформах iOS та Android.

«Люди часто використовують Facebook аби будувати плани зі своїми друзями. Тож ми запустили невелику перевірку в додатку Facebook, як ми можемо зробити це простіше», розповів представник компанії виданню Motherboard.

Нагадаємо, раніше Facebook тестувала додатковий сервіс путівника по містах City Guides. Ц ньому можна проглянути ті міста, в яких бували люди зі списку друзів, а також перелік місць і заходів, які рекомендується відвідати в конкретній країні. Також мережа експериментує з альтернативною стрічкою новин, в якій відображаються важливі та цікаві пости, які користувачі могли пропустити.
