Социальная сеть Facebook намерена конкурировать с YouTube. Нововведения социальной сети включают в себя переработанный алгоритм подачи материалов.

Если пользователь предпочитает не ставить отметки "Like", перепубликовывать или комментировать записи, но любит смотреть видео, то лента автоматически начнет выводить больше видеоматериалов и меньше текстовых записей,сообщает Depo.ua

Кроме того, новый алгоритм будет автоматически сортировать показываемые пользователю видеоролики, исходя из его интересов и ранее просмотренного.

Система нового ранжирования контента в Facebook будет автоматически отслеживать манипуляции, проделанные пользователем с видео. Если он будет раскрывать его на весь экран, делать звук громче и досматривать ролик до конца, в его ленте появится отметка о том, что он заинтересовался просмотренным материалом — а сам материал будет предложен в ленте другим пользователям.

Администрация Facebook отмечает, что система только запущена, и в ближайшее время его будут тестировать, дополнять и вносить в него правки.
