"Компанія Facebook Inc у вівторок опублікувала зведення правил у типах повідомлень, публікацію яких вона дозволяє у своїй соціальній мережі", - йдеться у повідомленні.

Зазначається, що протягом багатьох років компанія Facebook мала "суспільні стандарти", які регулюють те, який контент дозволено публікувати у соціальній мережі, а який - ні. Але у загальному доступі була лише відносно коротка і загальна версія зведення правил, у той час як у компанії був набагато більш детальний внутрішній документ.

Зараз на своєму веб-сайті Facebook надала більш повну версію правил, щоб усунути плутанину і бути більш відкритою щодо роботи компанії із контентом.

Опубліковані правила вперше дадуть можливість користувачам соціальної мережі оскаржити рішення модераторів про видалення окремого контенту. Раніше можна було оскаржити лише видалення облікових записів, груп та сторінок.

Зазначається, що Facebook також почне пояснювати конкретну причину, з якої контент можна буде вилучити із публічного доступу.
