Рэпер также раскритиковал Трампа за расизм и неуважение к ветеранам. Одной из тем его фристайла стала реакция президента на акции протеста футболистов Национальной футбольной лиги (НФЛ) против притеснения афроамериканцев в стране. Во время исполнения государственного гимна они вставали на одно колено и соединяли руки, а не стояли, положа руку на сердце. В ответ Трамп предложил запретить стоять на коленях во время гимна.

Рэпер обратил внимание и на дорогостоящие поездки президента. "Он говорит, что хочет снизить наши налоги, тогда кто будет платить за его экстравагантные поездки туда и обратно с его семьей на его гольф-курорты и в его особняки?" - сказал он.

За шесть часов после публикации запись набрала более 2,5 млн просмотров.

В октябре 2016 года Eminem выпустил 8-минутную запись под названием "Campaign Speech" с критикой Дональда Трампа, который тогда только участвовал в выборах президента США. Он призвал опасаться его и назвал "непредсказуемым типом с пальцем на кнопке".
