Бывший президент США Джордж Буш-старший был экстренно госпитализирован в Хьюстоне.

Об этом сообщает телеканал CBS Houston со ссылкой на начальника аппарата экс-президента Жака Беккера.

По его словам, Буш, которому 92 года, находится в стабильном состоянии и "все в порядке." Ожидается, он вернется домой через пару дней, сообщил Беккер телеканалу. Пока СМИ не могут связаться с семьей бывшего президента или представителями больницы, где находится Буш.

Джордж Герберт Уокер Буш родился 12 июня 1924 года в Массачусетсе. В период с 1989 по 1993 годы он был 41-м президентом Соединенных Штатов.
