Єдине, що не зрозуміло, в які саме строки, тому що законодавство визначає, що результати встановлюються не пізніше, ніж на 12-й день після дня голосування, а повторне голосування організовується протягом трьох тижнів. Тому точної дати другого туру - повторного голосування - немає. Повторне голосування в різних регіонах може відбуватися в різні дати: як 15 листопада, так і 22 листопада. Що ми знаємо точно - що це буде неділя".
