Івано-Франківський окружний адміністративний суд ухвалив рішення про скасування постанови ОВК №87 щодо визнанням недійсними виборів на вже другій дільниці в окрузі, повідомляє "Опора"

Йдеться про ДВК у селі Парище. Це вже другий позов щодо скасування рішення ОВК про визнання виборів недійсними, який задовольнив суд. 

В "Опорі" нагадують, що під час повторного підрахунку голосів на цій дільниці виявилось, що на витягу зі списку виборців для голосування за місцем перебування була відсутня печатка, а сам витяг був підписаний 28 березня замість 27 березня. 

Тоді ОВК визнала голосування на дільниці недійсними, пояснюючи це тим, що 49 осіб, які проголосували за місцем перебування, були включені до списку виборців – безпідставно. 

7 квітня цей же суд за позовом кандидата Олександра Шевченка вперше повністю задовольнив позовні вимоги, скасувавши постанову ОВК №87 про визнання недійсними вибори на одній із дільниць міста Яремче. 

Нагадаємо, центральна виборча комісія прийняла протокол про опрацювання 100% голосів від Окружної виборчої комісії на 87 окрузі та очікує на рішення судів у справах.
