Ольга Айвазовская объяснила в интервью изданию Рубрика, что досрочные местные выборы не выгодны ни Владимиру Зеленскому, ни украинскому народу. Координатор гражданской сети ОПОРА объяснила, что, например, для президента органы местной власти еще целый год могут быть громоотводом и мишенью для критики, сообщает PRпортал.

Ольга Айвазовская убеждена, что досрочные местные выборы на самом деле не выгодны Владимиру Зеленскому, ни украинскому народу. Ведь если оставить все как есть, то президент еще целый год может критиковать местные власти, распекая нерадивых чиновников. Они станут для главы государства своего рода громоотводом. В ином случае Зеленскому, получившему абсолютный контроль над исполнительной и законодательной ветвями власти, будет сложно убедить общество, что ему что-то не удалось по вине третьей стороны.

Вместе с тем, внеочередные местные выборы не выгодны и украинскому народу. Ведь это не позволит довести до конца реформу децентрализации. Добровольное объединение громад в Украине должно завершиться к 2020 году, и это очень важная задача.
