"Нещодавно Юлія Тимошенко виступила з доволі агресивною критикою народних депутатів, які подали законопроект про скасування земельного мораторію. Зокрема, Юлія Тимошенко вимагала від БПП відкликати законопроект про ринок сільськогосподарських земель", - написав у своєму блозі на Українській правді Голова ГО "Українське товариство економічних свобод" Мар'ян Залоцький .

У відповідь головний автор законопроекту про скасування мораторію Олексій Мушак направив на пошту Тимошенко "Декрет II Всероссийского съезда Советов о земле" у відповідній папці

Про вишуканий тролін у себе на фейсбук сторінці повідомив Олексій Мушак.

Після критики з боку лідера "Батьківщини" депутат процитував два документи: Постанову Верховоноі Ради ще УССР від 18 грудня 1990 року "Про земельну реформу" в якій, серед іншого, вказувалося про важливість переходу до ринкових відносин та розпочався процес передачі землі в приватну власність. За словами Олексія Мушка "по факту ця реформа вже триває рекордні 26 років".

А найбільше депутат звернув увагу на документ віковоі давнини, який по факту закріпачив селян.

В Декреті про Землю, який був прийнятий о 2 годині ночі 8 листопада та підписаний Володимиром Ульяновим-Леніном, перший пункт був наступний: 1) Право частной собственности на землю отменяется навсегда; земля не может быть ни продаваема, ни покупаема, ни сдаваема в аренду, либо в залог, ни каким-либо другим способом отчуждаема. Вся земля: государственная, удельная, кабинетская, монастырская, церковная, посессионная, майоратная, частновладельческая, общественная и крестьянская и т.д., отчуждается безвозмездно, обращается в всенародное достояние и переходит в пользование всех трудящихся на ней.

"Я розумію, що у прихильників мораторію можуть бути свої аргументи. Разом з тим мені здається важливим, щоб ці люди усвідомлювали, що їх ідеологічним соратником є Володимир Ленін. Це людина, яка, по суті, стояла у витоків знищення української нації в 20 столітті. Саме тому папка з гербом СССР та двома документами буде передана безпосередньо ЮВТ", - написав Олексій Мушка.
