Дмитрий Наталуха, выступая в эфире телеканала ZIK, прокомментировал избрание в Раду 9-го созыва достаточно большого количества депутатов, не имеющих никакого опыта. По словам правозащитника, принципы демократии как раз и предусматривают, что в парламент граждане имеют право избрать любого человека, даже непрофессионала, сообщает PRпортал.

Дмитрий Наталуха подчеркнул, что опыт для народного избранника действительно очень важен. Вместе с тем, не стоит забывать, что согласно принципам демократии, граждане могут избрать в парламент любого человека, даже непрофессионала. С этой мыслью нужно просто смириться. Конечно, нередко бывало так, что общество выбирало непрофессионалов, и те в итоге так и не оправдали связанных с ними надежд. 

Однако есть и противоположные примеры. Известны случаи, когда личности, не имеющие никакого политического опыта, приходили к власти, и затем становились «отцами нации», проводившими эффективные и успешные реформы. Право выбирать любого - это базовый принцип демократии. Убрать его полностью нельзя - можно лишь ограничить, например, разрешив баллотироваться в парламент лишь юристам или экономистам.
