Для населення окупованих районів Донецької та Луганської областей, які отримали паспорти РФ, передбачили онлайн-голосування без прив'язки до російської прописки

Відповідну постанову ухвалив Центрвибочком Росії. 

Згідно з постановою, на виборах до Держдуми у вересні 2021 року у деяких російських регіонах буде можливість проголосувати дистанційно: у Москві, у Мурманській, Курській, Нижегородській, Ярославській і Ростовській областях. Також онлайн-голосування буде і в окупованому Севастополі.

Ростовську область додали до цього переліку, тому що саме там найбільше людей, які отримали російський паспорт у спрощеному порядку – після указу президента Володимира Путіна про видачу російського громадянства жителям окупованого Донбасу.

"На виборах депутатів Держдуми по федеральному виборчому округу в дистанційному електронному голосуванні має право взяти участь громадянин РФ, який не має реєстрації за місцем проживання на території РФ, який отримав громадянство у спрощеному порядку відповідно до указу президента РФ від 24 квітня 2019 року № 183", - йдеться в документі.

Водночас фізичних виборчих дільниць на окупованій території Донеччини та Луганщини не буде.
