Центральна виборча комісія обрала своїм головою Олега Діденка, який був членом комісії у попередньому складі Центрвиборчкому.

За його кандидатуру проголосували 16 членів комісії на своєму першому засіданні у п’ятницю.

Діденко потрапив до ЦВК по квоті "Слуги народу".

Перед цим, він був членом ЦВК по квоті партії "УДАР".

Верховна Рада 4 жовтня затвердила кандидатури 17 членів Центральної виборчої комісії, подані президентом Володимиром Зеленським.
