Наступні перші вибори в об’єднаних територіальних громад відбудуться одночасно з черговими місцевими виборами. Про це повідомляє PRпортал з посиланням на пресслужбу ЦВК.

"Зокрема, змінами передбачено, що у рік проведення чергових місцевих виборів перші місцеві вибори призначаються на дату чергових місцевих виборів", - йдеться у повідомленні.

Зазначається, що на думку члена ЦВК Павла Любченка, для такого рішення Комісії є декілька суттєвих підстав.

"Виборчим кодексом України, який вступив у дію 1 січня 2020 року, зокрема, передбачено, що проведення інших видів місцевих виборів, окрім перших, регулюється ще законом про місцеві вибори. Таким чином, перші вибори повинні відбуватися відповідно до нового Виборчого кодексу України та актів, прийнятих в його розвиток. Разом з тим, Прикінцевими та перехідними положеннями Кодексу для Центральної виборчої комісії передбачено шестимісячний строк для приведення своїх актів у відповідність до його вимог", - інформує ЦВК.
