Центральна виборча комісія в черговий раз направила запит до Донецької і Луганської ВДА щодо можливості проведення місцевих виборів в прифронтових ділянках, які заплановані на кінець жовтня. Про це інформує прес-служба ЦВК.

"Мова йде про безпеку виборців, інших суб'єктів і учасників виборчого процесу, належній підготовці та проведенні виборів", - зазначає прес-служба.

ЦВК очікує висновки і рекомендації від Донецької і Луганської ВДА до 19 серпня. Вже до 21 серпня комісія зобов'язана прийняти рішення про організацію проведення місцевих виборів. У разі позитивного рішення перші місцеві вибори на територіях, в яких діє ООС, повинні відбутися до 31 жовтня 2021 року.

Відзначимо, в Україні розробляють законопроект «Про основи державної політики перехідного періоду», згідно з яким Росії хочуть заборонити втручатися у вибори в ОРДЛО.

Вибори не проводилися в 18 ОТГ поблизу лінії розмежування. Посли "великої сімки" нещодавно закликали Україну якомога швидше врегулювати це питання.

Українські політики з року в рік повторюють мантру про необхідність врегулювання конфлікту в Донбасі і ролі в цьому питанні Мінських угод.

Але чи є на сьомому році російсько-української війни чітке уявлення того, що і на яких умовах бажаємо отримати в результаті врегулювання конфлікту? «Лакмусовим папірцем» може стати питання проведення виборів на деокупованих територіях.
