Российский Центризбирком готов проводить дистанционный мониторинг выборов в Донбассе, заявил глава ЦИК Владимир Чуров.

"Мы готовы наблюдать дистанционно за любыми выборами. Но сейчас говорить об этом рано, так как выборы не назначены, не установлено, по какому законодательству, по какой нормативной базе они будут проводиться", — цитирует его "Русская служба новостей".

При этом готовиться в России к выборам нужно будет только тогда, когда их проведение объявят в соответствии с нормативной базой.

"Когда это произойдет, мы займёмся в наших инстанциях дистанционным мониторингом, которым будем готовы поделиться с ОБСЕ, например", — отметил глава ЦИК.
