ЦИК рассмотрел жалобу, поданную инициативной группой по проведению референдума о переходе к прямым выборам "главы Севастополя", и подтвердил законность действий местного избиркома, отказавшего сторонникам Алексея Чалого, пишет РБК

Центризбирком рассмотрел жалобу, поданную инициативной группой по проведению референдума о переходе к прямым выборам "главы Севастополя". ЦИК постановил, что региональный избирком принял законное решение

«Жалоба была, мы ответили. ЦИК считает, что решение избиркома Севастополя принято с учетом регионального и федерального закона», — ответил заместитель председателя ЦИК Николай Будаев на вопрос журналиста, каково решение комиссии по жалобе севастопольской инициативной группы.

Булаев добавил, что когда в региональном законодательстве появится норма о проведении референдума в Севастополе, для отказа в проведении референдума не будет причин.
