Центральная избирательная комиссия признала избранным депутатом Верховной Рады на внеочередных выборах 21 июля в одномандатном избирательном округе №198 в Черкасской области самовыдвиженца Сергея Рудыка в результате повторного установления результатов по решению суда.

Соответствующий протокол был подписан на заседании ЦИКа, передают "Українськi Новини".

28-29 октября ЦИК проводил пересчет голосов в округе №198 по решению суда и установил, что Рудык набрал 18 921 голосов избирателей, а его ближайший соперник, кандидат от партии "Слуга народа" Наталья Дьяченко - 17 908 голосов.

Ранее протокол по результатам выборов в 198-м округе, где победил Рудык, отменил Кассационный административный суд в составе Верховного Суда, удовлетворив иск Дьяченко.

Всего по округу №198 (Смела, Каменское, Смилянский район, часть Черкасского района) баллотировался 21 кандидат.

В 2014 году Рудык выиграл выборы в Раду по этому же округу.

Напомним, в августе Верховный Суд отменил протокол Центризбиркома от 21 августа о результатах выборов в округе №198 в Черкасской области, согласно которому победу на нем одержал Рудык.
