Центральная избирательная комиссия Кыргызстана назначит повторные парламентские выборы до 6 ноября. Решение принято по итогам рассмотрения заявления от 12 политических партий, не согласных с итогами голосования.

Лидеры политобъединений просили принять меры в отношении партий "Биримдик", "Мекеним Кыргызстан" и "Кыргызстан" за якобы массовые нарушения в ходе голосования. В Центризбиркоме отметили, что нарушения, перечисленные в обращении, попадают под статьи Уголовного кодекса и Кодекса о проступках, и рекомендовали направить материалы в Генпрокуратуру и МВД, уточнив, что ЦИК не следственный орган. Избирательная комиссия подтвердила, что итоги выборов, прошедших 4 октября, признаны недействительными и аннулированы.
Новые выборы будут назначены до 6 ноября.
В Центризбиркоме также просят депутатов парламента рассмотреть поправки в избирательное законодательство: снизить порог, залог и решить вопрос о форме № 2, а также рассмотреть вопрос законодательного регулирования участия в повторных выборах политпартий, действия которых послужили основанием для отмены результатов голосования.
