Верховна Рада прийняла у першому читанні урядовий проект закону про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів у зв'язку з прийняттям Закону "Про Національне антикорупційне бюро України".
За відповідне рішення проголосували 226 народних депутатів з 298, зареєстрованих у сесійній залі, передає Еспресо.TV.
Зідно пояснювальної записки, проект закону підготовлений з метою приведення законодавчих актів у відповідність із законом і забезпечення практичної реалізації його положень у частині включення новоствореного державного правоохоронного органу - Національного антикорупційного бюро України - в коло суб'єктів відповідних правовідносин у сфері публічного права.
Для цього, зокрема, передбачається визначити особливості регулювання трудових відносин за участю працівників НАБ, встановити заборону для них бути членами політичних партій і обмежити їхню участь у виборчому процесі, а також включити в Національне антикорупційне бюро кількість державних органів, які беруть участь у боротьбі з організованою злочинністю, коло суб'єктів забезпечення національної безпеки.
