В Україні не проводитимуться парламентські вибори восени 2023 року, якщо воєнний стан продовжать.

Про це в інтерв'ю The Washington Post розповів президент України Володимир Зеленський.

Він наголосив, що Конституція забороняє будь-які вибори під час воєнного стану. 

"Якщо воєнного стану не буде, то вибори будуть. Ну, в законі написано, що за Конституцією України після закінчення воєнного стану, я думаю, за 90 днів проводяться вибори", - пояснив лідер. 

Таким чином, відштовхуючись від слів президента Зеленського, можна припустити, що якщо через рік воєнний стан все ще діятиме, то й президентські вибори в Україні не проводитимуться.
