На платформі Change.org з’явилась петиція, яка пропонує заборонити рекламу «Bundles of Joy» від Burger King, де матері насолоджуються бургером після народження дитини.
Автор петиції зазначає, що ця реклама «грубо експлуатує пологи», а також «не відзначає трапезу після народження дитини, а натомість сприяє створенню нової сім’ї, яка любить шкідливу їжу».
«Індустрія фаст-фуду вже давно використовує людські емоції, щоб рекламувати нездорові продукти. Пологи повинні бути часом справжнього людського спілкування, вільного від хижацької реклами. Проте Burger King вирішив використати ці емоції для отримання прибутку, використовуючи цей особливий момент, щоб проштовхнути більше фаст-фуду», — написав автор петиції.
Від Burger King та його рекламних партнерів вимагають негайно припинити цю кампанію та відкликати всі пов’язані з нею рекламні матеріали
