Проект, розроблений агентством Leo Burnett Change, є частиною кампанії британської благодійної організації "Karma Nirvana", яка допомагає жертвам насильства,"заснованого на честі".

Метою висвітлення цієї теми є підвищення обізнаності суспільства про такого родусмерті, коли жертву вбиває хто-небудь з членів сім'ї, вважаючи, що таким чиномпозбавить сім'ю від "ганьби".

У номері висвітлюється історія 17-річної британкипакистанського походження на ім'я Шафілеа Ахмед. У 2003 році дівчина була задушена власними батьками.Причиною такого вчинку послужила її за відмову вийти заміж за домовленістю.

Зображення обкладинки було представлено парламентуВеликобританії з метою прискорити прийняття серіїзаконів щодо врегулювання ситуації з шлюбами за домовленістю і "насильством заради честі". Влітку 2015року примусовий шлюб в Англії та Вельсі станепротизаконним і каратиметься позбавленням волі терміном до семи років.
