Білоруський активіст Олександр Ахмач на День військової слави, 8 вересня, з плакатом "Russian army go home!" вийшов до стін Брестської фортеці. Через кілька тижнів йому подзвонили з міліції і запропонували зустрітися. При зустрічі ж міліціонер передав для підпису готовий протокол

Активіст, на думку міліції, скоїв правопорушення: висловлював суспільно-політичні інтереси за допомогою "вивіски" з написом "Russian army go home" і участю в флешмобі – "свідомо спланованої масової акції", передає Еспресо.TV

Олександр Ахмач ознайомився, але вписав, що не згоден. На тому й розійшлися. Однак наприкінці жовтня його знову викликали в міліцію. Справу повернули на доопрацювання. Мовляв, в оформлених документах відсутній склад правопорушення.

Міліціонер склав новий протокол, в якому замість флешмобу з'явився пікет. Активіст знову вписав, що не згоден. Але минулого тижня отримав повістку в суд. Йому загрожує штраф.
