Найбільша кількість судових позовів пов'язана з округом №50 у Покровську на Донеччині

Про це заявила голова ЦВК Тетяна Сліпачук, передає Еспресо.TV.

Одним з найбільш відомих проблемних округів є 50-й округ на Донеччині. "Баталія між кандидатами на 1 місце виходить за межі правового поля", - наголосила Сліпачук.

Вона додала, що ця ОВК отримала додатковий час для підтвердження підсумків голосування і складання протоколів.

"Кількість позовів тут найбільша, наразі треба провести перерахунок на 3 ДВК", - сказала голова ЦВК.

Вона уточнила, що прибуття комісії з протоколом "уточнений" очікується завтра о 12:00.

ЦВК буде наголошувати на тому, що існує кримінальна відповідальність за порушення виборчого законодавства.

"Ми вдячні Нацполіції за забезпечення збереження документації: оригіналів бюлетенів, талонів тощо", - додала Сліпачук.
