Американський мільярдер Майкл Блумберг, який змагається за крісло президента США та бере участь у передвиборній агітації, співпрацював з компанією, яка користувалася працею в'язнів

Про це він повідомив у Twitter, передає Depo.ua.

"Субпідрядник одного з наших постачальників використовував тюремних працівників для телефонних дзвінків від імені моєї кампанії. Дізнавшись про це, ми одразу ж припинили наші відносини з цією компанією", – написав кандидат в президенти.

Він також пообіцяв надалі ретельніше перевіряти компанії, які буде залучати для агітації.

Так, кол-центри в Нью-Джерсі і Оклахомі використовують працю ув'язнених, відомо, що як мінімум один з них точно здійснював дзвінки від імені передвиборного штабу Блумберга. Один із співзасновників фірми за послугами колл-центру розповів, що за годину роботи засуджені отримують не менше семи доларів і двадцяти п'яти центів.
