Североирландский актер Кристиан Нэйрн, исполнивший роль Ходора в фантастическом сериале "Игра престолов", в будущем может заняться политикой, передает Сегодня со ссилкой на  The Telegraph.

По словам актера, он мог бы бороться за права ЛГБТ-сообщества в Северной Ирландии. В частности, Нэйрн беспокоит запрет на гомосексуальные браки в регионе.

"Я не могу понять, почему мы остаемся единственным анклавом в государстве, который не может разрешить их", — подчеркнул он.

Актер также отметил, что ему есть, что сказать, но политическая карьера – это план не на ближайшее будущее.

"У меня определенно есть что сказать. Я не хочу устраивать радикальным перемен — только обеспечить равноправие граждан", — объяснил он и добавил, что много думал о том, чтобы начать политическую карьеру, но только не в ближайшем будущем.
