24 січня в Україні пройдуть вибори у 30 об’єднаних громадах Хмельницької, Запорізької, Рівненської, Черкаської областей.

Відповідно закону такі вибори в новоутворених тергромадах мають відбутися до кінця 2017 року, а ось дату проведення визначає вже сама громада.

Ці вибори - перші.

На виборчі дільниці кличуть жителів Гуменецької об’єднаної громади Кам’янець-Подільського району. Тут оберуть 13 старост.

Старости в об’єднаних територіальних громадах представлятимуть інтереси сіл, братимуть участь у бюджетному процесі та входитимуть до виконавчого комітету громади.
Наразі в Україні створені 159 громад і вибори старост у них триватимуть упродовж року.
