18 августа в информационной программе «Сегодня» на телеканале «Украина» прозвучали обвинения в адрес телеканала «1+1». В сюжете «ТСН вражає. Что патриоты «1+1» делают во «ВКонтакте»?» журналисты обвинили «1+1» в «антигосударственной» позиции, в участии в подрывной деятельности и гибридной войне против украинского народа. Суть претензии сводится к присутствию программ «1+1» во вражеской социальной сети «ВКонтакте», сообщает Телекритика

Телеканал «1+1» заявляет, что был лишен права высказаться, поскольку получил запрос от «Сегодня» за полтора часа до выхода программы в эфир. Официальный ответ «1+1» поступил в редакцию «Телекритики» сегодня.

"1+1 медиа действует исключительно в рамках принятого законодательства. Мы прекратили какую-либо коммерческую деятельность во «ВКонтакте», не тратимся на рекламные проявления и убрали все активные ссылки и упоминания с наших ресурсов. В официальных пабликах наших каналов во «ВКонтакте» на сегодняшний день мы поддерживаем минимальную активность. Мы приняли такое решение, приняв во внимание многочисленные обращения подписчиков. Нам важно обеспечивать информацией нашу аудиторию, которая находится на территории России", – комментирует директор по стратегическому маркетингу группы Елена Мартынова.

Ввиду очевидных фактов несоблюдения журналистских стандартов программой «Сегодня», телеканал «1+1» изучает возможность подачи судебного иска к телеканалу «Украина».
