Референдум о самоопределении Крыма можно считать состоявшимся, так как больше половины жителей полуострова уже проголосовали, заявил председатель Верховного совета Республики Крым Владимир Константинов. 

«Есть промежуточная явка. Конкретные цифры я озвучивать не уполномочен, но уже за 50% перевалило», – цитирует Константинова «Интерфакс».

Напоним, крымчане массово голосуют на дому.
